How to Make Sushi

Making sushi can be done in several ways, whether rolled in a sheet of nori, stuffed pockets inside out or even spread over vinegared rice. All this makes the sushi a versatile dish that can be eaten at any time during the day. Contrary to popular notion, not sushi refers to raw fish or raw seafood itself.
