Children’s Face Masks for COVID-19

Masks remain a simple but effective way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They are especially important for children who are too young to be vaccinated.

What about children with special health needs?

Children with weakened immune systems or with health problems who are at high risk of infection are recommended to wear an N95 protective mask. Which face mask is the best?

Find a face mask that fits comfortably and fits your child's face. The mask should fit snugly on the chin but not obstruct vision and cover the mouth and nose. It should fit snugly to the side of the face without gaps. 

Remember to wash your hands before and after wearing them and avoid touching them after turning them on. When you return home, avoid touching the front of the mask by removing it from the back.

Note: Face masks should not be worn while eating or drinking. Also, make sure the mask is not suffocating or suffocating for small children.
